MOLDED LIME GELATIN SALAD
1 small package lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 bottle (7-oz) 7-UP
1 brick (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (15-oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
3/4 cup chopped pecans
In mixing bowl, combine the gelatin with boiling water, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved; add the softened cream cheese and 7-Up. Stir mixture until smooth. Chill until mixture just starts to set.
Remove from refrigerator and stir in the pineapple and nuts.
Pour mixture into the Jel-Ring and refrigerate until completely set.
To serve, unmold on a pretty plate according to Jel-Ring Instructions.
