NO FAIL PIE CRUST USING TUPPERWARE PRODUCTS

This recipe for no fail pie crust uses Tupperware products and a mixing method that is a little different than usual. To find out more about the Tupperware products used or other Tupperware products click on this link to my website: www.my.tupperware.com/lindacwilson

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup shortening

Place ingredients in a Tupperware Thatsa Bowl and be sure to seal well.  Shake up and down until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.

5 tsp water
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar

Place ingredients into the Tupperware Quick Shake and be sure to seal well.  Shake until all the ingredients are well combined.  Pour mixture into the flour mixture.  Use your hands to combine and shape into a ball. Using amount needed to fit your pie plate, roll out on floured surface and proceed as with any pie crust. This will make enough dough for 2 average-size 2-crust pies.

This dough may be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
